Today I chat meal prep 101 with Nicole Osinga, a Registered Dietitian practising in Canada who holds a bachelor and master’s degree in human nutrition. To her audience, Nicole is known as the plant-based meal prep expert. She believes in the power of plant-based foods to improve our health and well being.
